Childhood - Markus Natten poem summary class 11 English -Deep-talks blog

Childhood Markus Natten   Summary- In this beautiful poem, the poet shows his concern about the loss of his childhood. He wants to know when he lost his childhood and entered adulthood. Though he does not have any idea he makes different expectations. The poet guesses that he must have lost his childhood when he was eleven. Till eleven a child does not know the distinction between truth and imagination. From eleven onwards a child begins to think rationally. At that age, the poet realised that the concept of "hell" and "heaven" were imaginary. It was the time he began distinguishing between reality and fiction.                                 Then the poet makes a guess that he lost his childhood when he could make out the hypocrisy of an adult. He realised that appearance was deceptive with the grown-ups. The adults talked of love and preached love but in real life, they play hypocrisy.                Then the poet, as he grew up, he develo

All living organisms grow- living organisms acquire materials from the environment and transform these into a form which is used to construct the cells. Every living organism begins life as a single cell. Unicellular organisms may stay as one cell but they grow too. Multicellular organisms did it by making more cells. All living organisms reproduce- in Biology we can say it as procreation or breading. The Voice of the Rain(Hornbill) Walt Whitman The beauty of the rain Summary Hii friends, how are you? After a long time, I am writing a blog. I hope you will like it as you liked my last blogs. In this, I am writing the summary of the poem"The voice of the Rain" by Walt Whitman from class 11 English text "Hornbill" (AHSEC &CBSE). So let's get started.        The poem presents a dialogue between the poet and the rain itself. The poet asks the rain who she is. The voice of the rain replies that she is the poem of Earth. She rises out of the land and the bottomless sea. She rises towards the sky unseen and untouched. There she takes the form of water drops. Then she comes down and washes all dust and impurities of the earth. The earth comes to life with the rain. When there is no rain all seeds lie hidden in the earth. As soon as it rains they sprout and comes to life. Forever the Rain, by day and night, gives back life to her own origin. She m

A Photograph Summary Class11 Poetry Section (NCERT) Shirley Toulson Hi, guys, I am approaching you after a long time, so I am quite nervous and excited. Today I am going to give you the summary of 'A Photograph' in simple and easy words. So, let's get started.           Shirley Toulson's 'Photograph' beautifully describes three stages of time. The poet is looking at an old photograph. It shows his mother and her two cousins Betty and Dolly. The photograph shows that the poet's mother then was a girl of twelve. They were on a holiday trip to the beach. They posed for a photograph. Her uncle captured in his camera the sweet smile of the three cousins and the sea which washed their terribly transient feet.         Years rolled by. Twenty or thirty years passed. The poet vividly remembers how his mother laughed looking at the old photograph. She pointed out to her cousins Betty and Dolly how they dressed for the occasion. But the sweet laug

Matter In Our Surroundings Class 9 Science Ch-1 -Deep-talks blog

Class9 Science   Matter in our surroundings T he t hings you should remember Hello friends, today I am going to show you the things you should remember after study of this lesson. characteristics of particles of matter~ Particles of matter have space between them Particles of matter are continuously moving Particles of matter attract each other States of matter~ The solid state-the matter who can hold their shape is called solid. A solid forms from liquid or gas because the energy of the atom decreases when the atom takes up a relatively ordered three-dimensional structure. The liquid state-a liquid is a nearly incompressible fluid that conforms to the shape of its container but retains a constant volume independent of pressure. This is the only state which has a definite volume but no fixed volume. The gaseous state- Gases are composed of molecules in constant random motion. A gas has fixed shape and will take on the shape of the space available.
